Location

 The Osiers lies within the charming hamlet of Bispham Green, West Lancashire, between the villages of Parbold and Mawdesley. Accessed from Eccles Lane, the site is within walking distance of The Eagle and Child - an award-winning eatery dating back to the late 18th century. Also near at hand are the Home Farm Shop, offering a variety of fresh local produce, a tearoom and other amenities at Owd Barn, and the bustling Cedar Farm with its array of shops and galleries. 

In nearby Parbold you will find several shops, a wine bar and no fewer than three excellent pub-restaurants. There is also a train station which lies on the Manchester to Southport line. 

Bispham Green is located close to the M6 and M58 motorways, making for a convenient commute to Manchester or Liverpool. For those with school-age children, the area also benefits from a number of excellent schools as well as bus links to some of the more prestigious private schools in the area. 

With its excellent transport links and plentiful local amenities, it is not difficult to see why this picturesque corner of West Lancashire continues to grow in popularity.
